The final phases of a $12 million, six-year modernization of Valley International Airport are nearly complete. The new terrazzo tile is in place, and work crews are replacing the panels of the dome above the terminal atrium. This includes installation of a 6-foot-tall, 44-foot wide video screen which will practically span the western wall of the airport’s terminal.
